Ans: No, this is not
necessary. We
use professional vacuum cleaning machines and professional techniques
to get results that a home vacuum cannot achieve. It should be noted,
however, that regularly vacuuming your carpets will ensure great
results from carpet cleaning and a stronger, longer lasting and
hygienic carpet.
Q. Can all Stains be removed?
Ans: That is the million
dollar
question isn’t it? Of course there are permanent stains that can never
be removed. Pet urine stains, any type of artificially coloured stains
and many others are nearly impossible to remove once they have set but
can sometimes be lightened.
Q: What is the normal dry time
after the carpets are cleaned?
Ans: Drying times vary. Most
methods
take approximately 2-4 hours. Factors affecting drying times include:
•Humidity
•Ventilation
•Carpet thickness
•Water retention qualities of the carpet fibre
Until your carpet is completely dry, we recommend wearing socks or
plastic booties so that the oils and/or any dirt from your feet do not
come off on the damp carpet.
Q: Do I need to move my
furniture?
Ans: The best thing to do to
prepare
your carpet is too have as much furniture removed off the carpet as
possible.
Sensational Cleaning will include
furniture moving for the following items: sofas and lounge suites,
tables and chairs, beds on wheels and light furniture that one
technician could expect to move.
Furniture that we don't move: bookcases,
fish tanks, waterbeds, china cabinets, computers and delicate or
fragile items.
It is always best to remove items to an area that is not being cleaned
before we arrive.

safe for my children or pets?
Ans: We use Non-Toxic,

chemicals that are completely safe for your Children, Pets and our

Ans: Most upholstery can be safely and effectively cleaned by steam or
extraction cleaning. Some fabrics are susceptible to colour migration

Ans: Your leather should be
professionally cleaned once every 12-18 months to avoid soil build up
and to prevent cracking and eventually ripping. If you have pets,
children or you may need to have you leather cleaned more frequently.

What type of leather do you clean?
Ans: We clean all types of
leather
and vinyl. However, Leather Suede and Nu-Buck leather cannot be cleaned
as these are unprotected leathers.

What are your payment methods?
Ans: Cash or Cheque.

cancellation fee if I cancel my booking?
Ans: We will not charge a
cancellation fee if we have sufficient notice.- Generally the day
before. We will charge a cancellation fee if you cancel when our
technician is en route to your premises or you cancel on our arrival.
Our cancellation fee will vary between $55.00 and $110.00.
Q.What guarantee does
Sensational Cleaning provide?
Ans: Sensational Cleaning will
guarantee to clean to Australian Standards 1995-3775. We do not
guarantee to remove permanent stains. Any claims or re-cleans will only
be accepted up to 7 days from initial clean.
